雖然疫情緩和,但新冠肺炎並沒有消失。特別在寒冷的冬季,病毒會更容易存活,增加高風險人士感染的機會。1假如高風險一族患上新冠肺炎,會較容易出現重症或併發症,嚴重的話可能增加死亡風險。2 因此,辨識自己是否屬於新冠高危一族,有助您提高警覺,亦能在不幸染病的時候及早接受治療,盡快康復。

了解您的風險狀況有助自我保護,以免感染新冠後出現嚴重併發症。如您的檢測結果呈陽性,即使只有一個風險因素,您的病情也有可能變得很嚴重。2,3  以下為常見的高風險因素2 :

65歲以上 癌症 慢性腎病 慢性肺病 慢性肝病 有心臟問題

認知障礙症或其他神經系統疾病

愛滋病
濫用藥物
囊性纖維化 免疫力弱 現在或曾經有
吸煙習慣
超重和肥胖 鐮狀細胞貧血症或
地中海貧血
曾接受器官或造血
幹細胞移植
糖尿病 肺結核 中風或腦血管疾病  缺乏運動 懷孕

新冠肺炎的重症症狀及定義4

高風險一族感染新冠肺炎後較易轉為重症或引發併發症,因此了解感染新冠重症的徵兆和症狀非常重要。確診新冠肺炎的患者如果有以下情況,均屬於重症4

呼吸困難

呼吸次數超過每分鐘30次或以上

在沒有用氧氣下血氧濃度低於 93%或以下

當病情持續惡化,可能更容易引起嚴重併發症,甚至增加死亡風險。2

因此如你不幸染病時應及早接受治療。

新冠肺炎有哪些後遺症?

根據世界衛生組織,新冠肺炎長期綜合後遺症(「長新冠」)為確診新冠肺炎後至少三個月持續出現,並持續至少兩個月的症狀。「長新冠」需由醫護人員診斷及排除其他有相同症狀的疾病造成的可能性。5

新冠肺炎後遺症的常見症狀包括5

疲勞

呼吸短促或呼吸困難

胸痛

記憶力、注意力及集中力下降

持續咳嗽

肌肉疼痛

喪失嗅覺或味覺

認知功能障礙
